Bench 6x5@275 (no arch, 1.5 sec pause)

One arm BB rows 5x4ea@155

Cardio: Tire flips (55 reps)
10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5
Flip, jump, jump, flip (flip the tire, jump in the middle, jump outside, flip it back)
4, 3, 3

Bow tie rows (high pulls) SS w/ Barbell curls

Suitcase shrugs 3x6ea@135

BTN OHP w/ 1 sec pause

Arnold curl and press
3x5 w/ 45s

Today is my first no carb day. Post workout shake was so creamy and amazing I felt like I was drinking it straight from the cow. I love heavy whipping cream

your strength and endurance is crazy man. i can never do like 6 sets of an exercise esp when its heavy. i usually blow my load on one or two real heavy sets. Props man
