Think of doing the HUMAWORM and HUMACLEANSE Colon Cleanse. And maybe even the Liver/Kidney Cleanses later.

I personally believe cleanses are really just a pile of BS. I do take a supplement called Chlorella, which is an algae. It bonds to the nasty things in your blood and then exits the body in the normal fashion, taking the nasty stuff with it. I have been doing only that for 10 years and have a great bill of health from an internal medicine specialist.
I would also recommend a top quality probiotic. They are found in the refrigerator of a good health food store. You want one that is coated to survive stomach acid and has 10 strains. Good gut health goes along way to having great overall health.
