I LOVE baths!! Unfortunately the house we bought 11 years ago only has a big shower! I know right?! What was I thinking?!

My 15 year old son has decided to jump on board with me. He has lost 28lbs. In the last 5 months but wants to lose a lot more. Plus I think he's decided he likes this Mom who cooks "real" food! This will make grocery shopping just that much easier too.

Walking with my Mom at the park this morning before the Packer game. It's nice having her company while we walk.

Tubless *SIGH You could still do a soak. I think it will help with the cramps. Just get a basin or a bucket; fill it with warm water and Epsom salts. You can do this in the evening when your relaxing or watching television. Good luck on weigh ins tomorrow.

Good morning! I stepped on the scale today and lost 7.2lbs. It's been exactly one week since being on Steve's plan for me. I started a bit on my own August 22nd so total lost since then is 13.2lbs. I now weigh 234.2lbs. I am so happy with my progress!

The only thing I really miss isn't sweets or chocolate (Gasp!) it's my mealtime glass of milk. Weird the things you had no idea you could miss because on it's own I don't even like milk. Only with food.

My blood sugar is starting to become more consistant after a week's worth of jumping all over the place. 136 yesterday and 124 this morning. I hope my Doc is as impressed as I am next week!

Modern processed milk actually has quite a bit of sugar. I find that when I crave milk I'm usually dehydrated. I just grab some water, maybe with a little mio if I need some flavor.
