Default Homemade Weight Gainer

This has worked well for me as my post-workout for almost the past year now.

-1 Cup of whole milk
-2 raw eggs
-2 egg whites
-2 tablespoons of peanut butter
-1 banana
-1 scoop of whey protein
-10 grams of creatine (I recommend Optimum Nutrition's Micronized creatine powder, it's flavorless won't change the taste at all)

add some ice, blend, and enjoy!

Posts, comments, and question, appreciated. Thanks guys!

Interesting. I have not seen many high fat gainers, typically high carb.

Well I'm also 5'6" and use to be real scrawny. So I figured a lot of whole food with fats and proteins would be good.

Fats are good whether you're 5'6, 4'2, or 6'5! Carbs are good around workout times because of insulin shuttling nutrients around, but your body utilizes fat and converts it into test and gh 24/7. Saturated fats, even more so than unsaturated, are extremely good to consume daily if you want to have elevated levels of test and gh. But try not to consume too many fats and carbs together. Meals should focus more so on one or the other.

But yeah, shakes like that are awesome Adamite. I typically use all whole eggs though.

Thanks for all the tips. I may have to make some tweaks to my diet.

I didn't say it was bad at all, just said it was different.

Thanks for sharing Adamite1114 ...
I have a question ... Did you make any changes in your diet pattern in last year from what and how much you were eating and what you are eating since last year or you were / are solely depending on this recipe ... ?

Thanks once again for sharing ...

The biggest change I've made is the amoun of food I eat. I used to have a terrible appetite but I've been working on building it for a while now so I've upped my calorie intake as well as protein intake. I've always done by bet to stay away from fast food.
