Hammer Curl

Arms were 18.5" after all the pump work. Weight holding stead today at 313

Yep, Kaz press is serious on the triceps! That'll goose that bench for sure.

Nice work Brute. Awesome on the fat loss as well. Gonna need some new clothes!

I started doing 1 arm Meadows Rows recently and they are golden when one maxes out the DB's, unless your Steve and have some Big Bertha's

Great volume on Bench #BRUTEMODE# ... superb session once again buddy ... 18.5" ... but it must look small / thin compare to your physique and wt. ... keep up the great work brother ...
