Nice work Josh! You'll figure something out on the squats.

Loved the 23s on leg curl. (Not 20, not 25, but 23 per set. I don't think my mind would allow an odd number like that more than once)

Have you maybe considered Zercher Squats or even just Goblet Squats> Or maybe both?

Hill Sprints
1 minute intervals x 20ish minutes

Overall Workout Grade: C+

Notes:
Was at the hill by 6:15am. Killed myself for about 20minutes. Doing sprints at 1 minute intervals. It's been over a week since I've done these and my performance wasn't on par. I just didn't have the explosiveness this morning.

Notes:
I am still not feeling back to 100% after being sick for a week. I didn't restart my cycle or reset I just came back in and picked up where I left off, which is week 3, the heaviest week. Probably a mistake. But i will just start the cycle over and take another run at it.
Having said all that, I still hit my goal for the day. It's just every bench set felt heavy as fuk and I expected some reps on my top set. A little dissapointed with just 1 rep.
I am kind of tired of doing DB rows. So I switched to bb rows. Probably not the best idea, considering I am currently going through physical therapy for lower back issues, but I am too stupid to realize this. It didn't seem to aggrivate my lower back too much.
