Thanks Jim, honestly bench is feeling strong, I've got my grip 2 fingers wider than I have in the past, it seems to be working. On the deads, they are in all the sheiko cycles I've done. I basically go with it since it's worked so far. I do feel like they help you work through sticking points, especially at the knees.

I think you need your feet more underneath the knee. Yours seems slightly behind which might be why its harder for you.

Pretty solid day today, back pumps were pretty gnarly, made squats kinda rough. Bench felt pretty solid, took the opportunity to play around with my setup and foot placement as well.
