This is now my restoration day for lower body. I won't get any stronger on the pull this close to the meet so the plan is to come in as healthy as possible and pull 760!

Warm ups: rolling, voodoo knee box squats, upper body band pulls

Stiff leg deads

Conventional

Reverse hyper 15*3

Lat bar face pulls

I like the plan! Kick ass and take names! I got a guy I help train doing the meet as well. I may try to come up, but its a real long shot.

Willdbill I love all things kettlebell. Mainly because I feel like they are easier on the joints plus they get a lot of muscle groups involved.
