BTW Jim I did wear my Romaleo's for benching yesterday. I was able to keep my feet planted so I think I will start wearing them for all my BB bench days. Can't wait to try them next week with a proper grip on the bar lol

Bingo - pain, and it was moderate in severity. He said it is partially torn and will require about 3-4 sessions to fix. Good thing i saw him right away as this would have most certainly gotten worse.

I also had the opportunity to tell him about my lower back and how it has been solid as a rock despite all the lifting I have been doing for months now. He almost fell over in his chair when I told him I recently deadlifted 445 X6 and 455 X5, and a single of 475. He then did fall over when I told him I doubled 390 on squat and did a single at 410 and no lean whatsoever.

He told me that I am blessed because there is absolutely no way my body should be allowing this to happen. He said there is no fucking way someone with Arthritic Facet Joints should be able to do that. Arthritic Facet Joints are the worst kind of lower back arthritis of which there is no medical treatment. Arthritic/Inflamed Facet Joints are supposed to be Hell, pure hell he said - the worst kind of lower back pain. He then almost fainted when I told him about me eyes. There is of course no medical treatment for Birdshot either.

He said it's literally a Miracle and I have no idea how blessed I am to have met Lisa. He said she has saved you from a life of likely blindness and horrible lower back pain for the rest of my life..She really is an Angel to me. There is no words to explain how I feel about this all. No words whatsoever.

I just love her to death and I and Mrs Squatter cannot wait to meet her. It will be one of the most emotional times of my life.
Glad your getting your forearm fixed up! As far as what you have, and are currently, and will be lifting, nothing short of awesome bud! So happy you're healthy and able to do something you love with so much drive and passion! Keep smashing everything Super Jim!!!!!!

Thanks for your words of support everyone. It sure means alot for an old but young lifter like me. I am getting emotional about this all because it wasn't supposed to happen like David said. Add to that my already emotional old self, and it really fires me up to lift until I am a 100 years old. Might need more delaods then, but I'll still be going damn it! This is my second chance, and I feel it is an opportunity of a lifetime for me. Lifting really does complete my life. I cannot imagine my life without it.

Squat-o-clock tonight. Want to get some decent FenBro like reppage in the low to mid 300's. Deep as the Marianas Trench or go home!

SQUAT DAY

Didn't know what to expect today, after having deadlifted just 3 days ago. My body delivered a real gem of a session today. Although over 2 weeks ago I did 390X2 and a 410 singles, I did a helluva lot more work today leading up to my heavy double and single. Additionally, the 405 today is one of the best and cleanest 4PPS squat I have ever done. Lower back is just amazing. Forearm is recovering nicely and felt just fine throughout the session.

I'm really just so excited that I am not and will not be crapping out at these weights and more, like I used to do for the last 2 years. I was really close to losing hope back then.

I was fired up about what David said to me Monday and still a bit angered by the American Health Care System.

Squats
115 X5
135 X5
160 X5
185 X5
210 X5
235 X5
260 X5
285 X5
310 X5
Add Wraps
325 X5 Vid
340 X5 Vid
365 X5 Vid
385 X2 Vid
405 X1 Vid

No car tonight aas picasa's photo uploader is not working. Grrr.
