I have a really high tolerence for stims and the ones that I found that rev'd me up were jack3d (full 3 scoops), 1MR (full 1 scoop), Juggernaut (full 2 scoops).

The one that I like now is ON Amino Energy. It doesn't have creatine, but I can take anywhere from 4 scoops (little boost) to 6+ scoops (for really sluggish days). I will then add some Extend, Beta Alanine, and Citrulline Malate for harder workouts. If I just want to do some cardio/conditioning, I just do 4-6 scoops of amino energy.

Note: I workout first thing in the morning

I full scoop of Kotic is all I need! 300 mg of caffeine, 3 grams of creatine, beta alanine, and citrulline malate! It's my rocket fuel!!!

Ya I add BCAA's the odd time . . .I was given a big bag of those for free.

It is very very cost effective. About a third of the price of the over the counter powders.

And I can add and subtract bits depending on how I want.

If Im a bit weak and want to do a max effort session I can add more caffeine. If its late when I get to train and I want to sleep not long after I can leave out the caffeine. etc etc
If im getting used to it I can increase individual ingredients a small bit one by one etc.

I actually dont use it too often though . . .exactly because the body becomes used to it.

A cup of black coffee and a banana works wonders for me pre workout

Just want to bump this thread to see what everyone is taking.

I am planning to do another run of d-pol and muscle marinade soon, but I am waiting for my shift to change at work. Probably another month. I loved the combination of these products, but I like to cycle me pre workouts. So looking for a good fill in to try.

I also saw that scivation released a new product called psycho. I think I am going to try that before I start my stack again.

What is everyone currently taking?

I'm using Juggernaut HP right now. Its pretty solid for a pre-workout.

The folks at my gym tend to roll their own with monster and bronkaid.

I know a lot of people that do that also, I guess I look for more of a focus product. And I train in the evening so I need to go to sleep at some point.

Best Pre-Workouts I have used..

NLA Supp-D and LG Science EPIC....

For something a little less aggressive... Top Secert's Engerized BCAA's.

I have tried just about ervery brand out over the last 13yrs... First being the original ultimate orange in 1998.

I miss the old superpump250. Was my first and made me feel great.

Right now I have jack3d micro (and the advanced formula on order), neurocore, and a few other things laying around. I tend to switch around a lot since I build up tolerances to everything very fast (including prescription meds). I dont like empty stim products. There has to be a little more to it for me.

I would love to get some sumperpump max and add in nitrates, beta-alanine, and glycerol. Havent had much luck finding liquid state glycerol around here though.
