Currently I weigh around 200, I'm not too worried about being strong enough I'm just really worried my conditioning won't be up to par.

Thanks Ravi, really only the squats and deadlifts took somewhat of a hit.

Notes: Still not that fast and still dying after every mile. But this was the first time I haven't actually considered stopping during the run, so baby steps!
