8/23/2013 Floor presses and whatever else we do on fridays lol, well did.

Good little day at the Stone and barbell with the Society of Strength crew, KCstrongmanben came down - and got a good session in... so here it is

Floor Presses
started at 135 and just warmed up (feeling out the pec.. member just last week we had 2 quick, crazy pops in my pec. scared me)
405 x 3
455 x 2
475 x 2(HAD to do this weight, i was feeling great and this weight is what made my pec pop. was FAST!)
495 x 2
515 x 2 (was on fire tongiht, felt great.)

Close Grip Bench
405 x 2 w/ shoulder saver

Lat Pulls
200 x 10 x 3sets

DB curls w/ fat gripz

35# dbs x 10 ea arm

rest of night i did a whole lot of nothing
