Nice squats. Take care of those shoulders. I like the never say die attitude though. Reset and see what happens. You never know, a few months down the road of being healthy and you're hitting some big benches again.

Nice tunes!

Thanks Fen. Look for some decent pulling stats in the new Program. Sumo's should really take off.

Thanks Mike Will do my best to stay really light while giving them ample time to fully recover. Now that would also be great music to my ears.

Son continues to progress on SS. Last weeks highs were OHP 55lbs-11reps,
Deadlift-105-13reps. Altered the plan a bit to measure where he's at strength wise. Bench-70 5 x 5 no rep out here, Squats-95-5 x 4 he did 100 for 5. Only going to up his OHP this week let him have another week at the same weight for his bench & squat. Its been 5 consecutive weeks of progression, good time to re emphasize focus on form.
His biggest holdup is appetite, loads of hormone but doesn't care about eating. Can only imagine if he starts to eat big what his transformation would be.

He's 12, think our boy's are approximately the same age. Just wish he would eat better so he could see better returns on his hard work.

He has great numbers. Definitely a stronger press than JR. Might have an Oly star on your hands.

Hey OR
The main focus is to teach him mental & physical discipline. I'm enjoying watching him learn to dig deeper focusing his strength while developing a greater attention to detail. I'm sure you'd agree its the journey that's so special. A bonding time where life's tools are being sharpened through this vessel we respect, the IRON.
Your Son has many strengths, with your tutelage the sky is the limit.
Olympic lifts are outside of my realm of experience would definitely need outside input to move forward in that direction.
