Tire Deadlift (still a WIP):
Handles at about 1-2" above knee cap
~400x1 Handles killed my hands
Wrapped handles with electrical tape
Added 2" block to stand on
Added another 3" to the block, tire was now up about 3/4 of my shin
~400x1 Hands couldn't take anymore carnage
Adding some wooden blocks to keep the handles shape and from caving onto my fingers.
