UPA Power Weekend Prep--Workout 4


Supplements: 1 Scoop Muscle Marinade (30 min Pre-Workout), 1 serving (3 tabs) DPol with Post-workout meal, 1 serving (2 tabs) Slinshot with two meals

Thoughts: Progression was made so can't complain. Was a bit "blah" today but still managed a good workout. Squats and deads on tap for tomorrow so will be putting MM to good use

Thoughts: Squats are coming along and form is feeling better each session with the hi-bar. I'm planning on pulling tomorrow or Saturday depending on how I feel in the morning after this squat session.

Almost out of my DPol and Slinshot, but stll have probably a good 6-7 servings of MM left so ill be putting it to good use.

I think the Slinshot has been useful in helping me eat more carbs without much extra "bloat" that I usually get so I'm impressed in that regard.

T-minus 100 days

Nice progress on squats my man! Do you have a goal total or lifts for the meet yet, or thought of openers? Still early I know, but I get excited about this stuff haha.

Dead: 375

UPA Power Weekend Prep--Aug 12th, Workout 7

Thoughts: Well I finished off the SLinshot yesterday and I have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed using that as a GDA. Russian Tarragon is indeed a fascinating ingredient and the literature on it is inciting to say the least.

I would highly recommend anyone who feels like they don't tolerate carbs well or feels "sluggish" after big carb feeds consider giving Slinshot a try as opposed to other more generic GDAs like ALA or berberine.
