The Purus Labs Monthly Coefficient Challenge!
Hello MAB members and fans of Purus Labs. Starting this month we are doing an ongoing monthly challenge. Each month there will be an exercise and a body weight coefficient (1x, 2x, etc) To enter you simply must do the challenge with your exercise and weight and put a video submission in this thread. The member that completes their set with the most reps will receive a Purus Labs shaker cup! There are lotss of strong members here I think that we will see a ton of great entries, and I will lift along with you in each challenge. I will also keep the OP here updated so you can easily find the new challenge.

September : 1.5 BW Squat
