Pullups. I could do them 40lbs ago, did 1 with a 2lb plate hanging, once.

Bench. Can't bench my bodyweight (might could, failed last time I tried)

Squats. I think too much.

Deadlifts. Same as squats, too much thinking right before I perform.

Overhead press. Never been good.

Dips. They hurt.

Cleans. Same with front squats, elbows cannot go above my wrists.

Zercher squats really hurt.

Cardio. That shiz F ing sucks.


But by god I can curl and calf press! Sign me up!

Deadlifts, then OHP are my worst in my opinion. However, I am curious as to how people are deciding what they are bad at. For example, if your squat is barely above your bench as KD mentions, that might seem bad, but he's got a damn big bench, so is it really?

My measuring stick is that I feel very powerful when benching and usually pretty powerful on squats and I know my form is pretty tight on those lifts so I consider them strengths. Since my deadlift is barely ahead of my squat if it even is ahead, I consider that fairly weak. My OHP is barely 50% of my bench so I think that is pretty weak, but I could be wrong about that maybe. However both of those lifts I just do not feel natural doing them. They just feel like they are so hard and I don't think my form is the greatest either.

However, all that could be perception and my own self fulfilling prophecies if you get my drift. Maybe I'm pretty decent at those lifts and just don't think I am any good.

Sorry, getting a little philosophical instead of just answering the question, but there you go. That's what I do.

I should be really good at benching, but I'm not. Benching never felt natural to me, but overhead presses feels more or less perfect. It's gotten so far that my OHP is 75% of my bench.
