205x 3
205x 3
205x 3 ...vid. I paused the first 2 fine and wanted 3 reps so last was touch and go so I wouldn't fail another rep today ! By now my head was super bad, and I should have quit!

Dumbell Rows
160x 6 PR ...vid. Felt exhausted here and was breathing like I ran a marathon! Actually hurt to breath!
120x 15 PR ...vid. After this I seriously thought I might die! Started to sweat like I was in a sauna, felt like puking, and then did, thought I was going to pass out! FEEL LIKE F'ING DEATH!!!
*
DONE! Took me a long time to not feel awful, and make it upstairs! Laid on basement floor for 15 minutes or so! Then finally upstairs to sit in front of my fan. Then 20 minutes later upstairs to load vids and log this wonderful workout, but I still feel bad! Trying to still take in fluids, but every drink I want to puke! Heads very bad, body feels beat up and I'm shaking, just not very good! No clue what happened. Wasn't going to lift, but gotta do work to improve!

Other than your near death experience and Zombie like state, I'd say it was one dandy of a session! I'm seriously jelly that you can configure and lift a 160lb DB tho!

Curious - what does the Missus think about your lifting when she sees it have this effect on you?

Thanks Super Jim! I didn't let on how horrible I felt! She saw me sweating buckets and parked in front if the fan, didn't say anything. I probably didn't look much different than any other workout cept extra sweat. Normally I come up and look like sh!t cept I'm blown up a little ! My head makes my face look the same most the time....CRAPTASTIC!

Man, that sounds like it was a great session with horrible consequences. You have determination, that's for sure.

Solid lifting! Just curious did supplements have a hand in making you feel that way?

Thanks Fen! Don't think so, if anything it was cause I wasn't hydrated enough??? I had drank about 20oz of water before the workout and had hydramino in 32oz of water during of which I drank about half by the end. So really what I normally have give or take. No new or extra sups, just a half scoop of pre, and I've been taking it for months. Honestly think my head did most of it. When my heads bad I can get sick, and I normally can't eat. My head was poor before i started lifting, but think it was just a fluke! I'll make sure I drink more next time and hope it doesn't happen again !
