Deadlift

Deficit Deadlift (standing on 2 plates)
5 x 7 x 225

The target was 2 x 4 on deadlift. Guess it'll take a few workouts to work up to that. On deficit deadlift, I forgot that I was standing on 3 plates last time; so even though I did more reps this week, it was from a lower deficit. I'll have to redo the exercise next week with 3 plates.

the hardest thing for me mentally is to repeat a workout until I get my reps...

I've often just progressed any way and then hit a wall all the sooner.

Stay focused, At your level of ability, even one more rep makes the workout a stimulus for strength and muscle gains.

this game is a marathon, not a sprint.
