Default Legs and shoulders

5 sets of deadlifts

legs is such a large muscle group that i never do anything but legs on leg day. maybe moved shoulder day to its own day. i dont know how many days you are lifting a week but i like the one body part a day and cardio. if you are looking for more of a weight loss you can look into full body circuit training but i wouldnt recommend doing that everyday.
