So, he hits a pedestrian, gets mad at you, and then leaves the scene of an accident. Not sure now if I ever wanna visit Florida anymore!

This must be a first tho - going to lift after being hit by a car. And I'm insane?? haha

Thanks guys for all the support! No real pain just some swelling. I will make it ! Wife wants to workout today so I am going to take her to the gym in the community we live in. This should be interesting haha.

5x10 seated curl machine thing
4x10 lat pull downs
4x10 shoulder press
