Well I figured it was time to start a good program since you brought that up and I've been looking. I've done smolov in the past successfully. From what I've looked at maybe shieko split up across six days in example bench one day then squat and dead the next. Mmmm Idk

I've used fasting for the past year out of ease and my love of big meals. This is generally what I eat post workout.
Salad, 1lb. chicken, 1lb. 96/4 beef, 90g of avocado, 135g pre cooked rice, and for dessert 200 grams of berries.
I usually total around 360g protein, 170g carbs, and 100g fat on workout days. My off days I just cut carbs down to around 50.

Well my weight must have hit a new set point. Since I've gotten back from my cruise calories have slowly been increased by about 600 with no change in weight. This might also be due to frequent heavy lifting that I started after reading Jamie Lewis and Greg Nuckols blogs. What I've noticed from this is little to no muscle soreness, setting up on a lift is basically an afterthought, plus I'm leaning out and weight is staying steady. So a pretty good recomp effect I guess.
