I'm not great at pressing, but only one thing to do. Press our asses off and work hard.

Gidday Fenrisulfr ,"Yeah for sure", I had a talk to the Powerlifting Gods about it and they said to do more Tricep work so I will start doing some Close grip Bench & Pullovers shortly.

8/6/13

Still not feeling 100% so this training session took 2.5 hours. I even had to stop for food.

Pre workout milk, 1 liter

Squat
60kgx10
60kgx5
100kgx5
140kgx5
155kg 5x5 Last set of 5 would've given a dog's arse heartburn.

Bench Press
60kgx10
80kgx5
100kgx5
112kg 5x5 All went eazy

Can of rice.

Kettlebell Pull Overs
28kgx10
36kg 3x10

Under hand grip barbell Rows
60kgx10
80kgx10
100kg 3x10

Preacher Curls
45kg 3x10

Post training milk, 1 liter with protein power

Cheers Nath.

Long session. Glad to see you hammered through. Give you credit, after 75 minutes I can't hang.

Strong session, skids.

5 straight sets of 5 squats? Oh hell no, lol. But if that's your poison, and it's working, all the better then.

Do you always do underhand bb rows? And do you find they're better in some way?
