I get what he's saying about calories. If you are trying to lose or maintain weight/fat then yeah, you need to watch your calories. However, you are allowed cheat days or meals AND you can easily include a beer or two with dinner as part of your daily caloric intake everyonce in a while.

Say what you want about his advice, but at least he's not guilty of two of the most annoying things about the YouTube lifting community:

1.) Extreme arrogance and narcism.

2.) Selling out.
