I normally do core work directly after the Lower Session (15r Squat, 15r dead lift, etc, currently) to get both direct and indirect work in at the same time.

I am currently maintaining at 3m on plank, with some left in the tank-post Lower Session.

The Lower Session is on Tuesday, and I am going to flip the direct core portion first before the lower session, which should leave even more in the tank since its not being pre-exhausted when doing the Lower Session first. I will post a video when during it. Goal is at least 4m.

Keep Rocken on!

Peace and happiness to all of you.

Don

I've never done any type of plank. Maybe I will give it a try.

Plank for time!?! I'd rather gauge out my own eyeballs with a spoon.

Have fun all! This challenge, not for me.

Haha. I do planks for a minute now and that is the longest minute of my life!

Seriously, my low back starts to feel a pinch the longer I hold a plank. I don't like to push that too far and maybe do myself a mischief.

I still have to do the back challenge anyway.

Hahaha, too funny guys...

ED, what were you eating? Nice work, btw!

Chillen, hope you make the 4 mins mark; I was aiming for that but after a certain time dragged ever so slowly by on the timer, I knew there was just no way I was gonna make 4 mins.

I may yet give it another shot, though after I let my abs recover a little...otherwise that all familiar burn will start just after the first minute, then there'll be no chance of a 4 minute possibility.

I usually do not get a burn in the core, what gets me toward end is my legs start shuttering and getting uncomfortable (post lower session cause most likely), and lower back gets unhappy......

But it can happy it up, and it can shut up, I have the the medicine and prescription for its ass......

Peace!
