I normally do core work directly after the Lower Session (15r Squat, 15r dead lift, etc, currently) to get both direct and indirect work in at the same time.
I am currently maintaining at 3m on plank, with some left in the tank-post Lower Session.
The Lower Session is on Tuesday, and I am going to flip the direct core portion first before the lower session, which should leave even more in the tank since its not being pre-exhausted when doing the Lower Session first. I will post a video when during it. Goal is at least 4m.
