Well starting 3rd week of carb nite, hate to say it, but I think I'm over it, all of it. I think all of Kiefers work is based on gimmicks to sell books. You can't lose weight by cutting out a macro nutrient or manipulating it. The books promise carb gluttony but when you go to their forums they say "oh you can't eat like that, you'll gain primarily fat." At this point its going to take a big saving grace to bring me back but I think I've had it.
