I'm still a Pro bodybuilder. But ok if you want.. I rather be in the bodybuilder section as I am a bodybuilder and train for competitive body building. People interested in Bodybuilding will find my log.

Same as 24 single sets for the day. Plan was to do Bb Military Presses but with all the weather changes my back wasnt up to it.
