Yes I understand that.

However you don't suffer from OCD, and have a modeling job on the line if you put too much fat on.

I understand allot of my thoughts are irrational but I can't help it.

I'm doing what everyones telling me regardless though.

I think what is lost in this thread is the definition of "bulk"

when i think "bulking", the only person in this thread (from what i can see), that is qualified to talk is BtB.

weighing 150lbs and wanting to get to 170 is not bulking, it's working out. not that everyone has the desire to get huge, but adding a few pounds is not bulking.

but that's my opinion. talk amongst yourselves

well i think that anyone who has added a good 20-30lbs of quality weight to there frame is qualified, they would of eat and trained hard to add that size.

I mightn't be a model, however I have grown out of my overalls twice in the last 2 years and my Boss is getting pissy about it.

Two people I watch on youtube, both natural lifters, and they stay lean all year round.
You see that stupid hat he's got on? That's to hide the premature male pattern baldness caused by steroid use .

Not really - he could well be natural. If he manages to stay lean and put size on, then he's probably fortunate enough to have a genetic predisposition that means he partitions any excess as muscle. I bet he's not doing anything remarkably different.

Who said anything about being super lean?

If you watch those 2 video's, you'll see how they said "relatively lean".

People complain I don't listen , yet no one listens to what I've said before they criticize it.
