Thanks hunter, my ass is dragging today.. Gonna skip the BBB Squats tonight for most likely a single joint movement for 5x10 and call a deload next week.

Yeah man, can never get enough upper back work. Chins are awesome, I really take everything Jim Wendler says and try to apply it and chins were one of the best decisions I made. They are better than any other vertical lat exercise I've done, although there's also nothing like pumping out a good 5 sets of 10 on a cable wide lat pulldown machine either.

Cycle 16 Week 3 Squat

Squat:
185 x 5
210 x 3
235 x 6 *PB*
Best squat since I started doing them ATG and not box.

Front Squat Machine:
1pps x 10
1.25pps x 10
1.35pps x 10
2pps x 10 *PB*
2pps x 10 *Match*
I'm not sure if I can find a picture of this machine but basically it goes over both of the shoulders, you have plates on each side, and you squat. Basically looks like a safety squat bar but in the front.

Leg Curls:
Slot 10 x 10
Slot 10 x 10
Slot 8 x 10
Slot 8 x 10
Slot 8 x 10
Went down in weight here because I have yet to learn the way it should feel when exercising the hamstrings. I slowed the whole movement up, and really try to imagine the cabled weight stack going as far up as it can, holding, and slowly going down, felt much better all around.

Weighted Situps:

Thanks guys. Yeah trying to hit PBs and working construction all day can be a task, but when I start to feel run down I usually take a deload (barely though) or I lower the volume, aka stop the BBB sets and do something different but still worth it.
