Default Coconut Oil

Coconut oil is a great choice for any of you low carbers. It has a high smoke temperature, unlike olive oil.

When cooking meats use 50% olive oil, 50% coconut oil, and you won't get that olive oil "smoke".

Here is the brand I currently use:

I've been putting 1tb in my coffee and it's excellent - definitely a noticeable boost of energy - those MCTs kicking in!

Pick mine up at Costco. Use in coffee. I had laid off it for a week I between my two blood draws. My lips dried and chapped. Back on it since Saturday and lips are back to normal. Use it for select cooking, love it.

See j woods comment. It actually has a slight flavor that works well with my coffee too. A good source of fats used quickly for energy because of the MCTs. I guess you could eat it straight or mix it in anything.
