Nice squattin' last week Rich, sucks you tweaked your groin though.

Great OHP PBR on Monday, I think you have a 195 single next week.

Strong deadlifts with a bum groin, and that RDL is pretty sweet too!



Two days of rest for the groin should have you ready to go on Friday :thumbs_up:

Thanks Jimbro! Yeah I tweaked it a couple of years ago. Took a month or so for that one to sort itself out. Hopefully that's not the case this time

Thanks Vinnie!! For me the groin doesn't much come into play on conventional deads. Sumo would be a different story though
