I agree with your post. This is a very black and white way of looking at bodybuilding. There are obsessive healthy habits, and obsessive unhealthy. Personally, if I choose to brush my teeth obsessively 5 times a day, or obsessively wipe my rear two extra times, or obsessively check to make sure the stove is off, or obsessively make sure I eat and exercise, I don't consider my obsessions the same as someone injecting smack into their veins and dying at 28.

Notice the article uses words like intense, strict, fear, refusal, and disturbance instead of healthy (battle against fat gain) or wise, on and on...

The bias of the author is blatantly presented by his word choice. He reveals his opinion "in between the lines". Very arrogant opinion.

Anything can be taken too far. Refusing cookies isn't an anti-social behavior, unless you're a psychologist looking for funding.
