Explosive squat day

Back squat 3x3
Warmup with 135 155x5 185x5 225x3 275x3 280x3x3

Reverse band squat 1x2
320x2

Olympic squat 5x5
225x5x5

No leg press so
Front squat 4x15
135x10x4 and im decimated.
Never did 40 front squats before. PR

No reverse hyper planned on Romanian deads too tired

No kettlebell so plate swings 3x15
25x15x3 i like these!
