Yeah the June meet is in Gilmer out in east TX. Not sure but I imagine Gabe will be there. I'm on the NASA FB group page so I can talk to a lot of the "local" guys and gals that will be at the meets

Yep, deadlifts are a cruel lift. When you figure it out, tell me so I can get my deadlift to something respectable!

Figured I would give 305 a try for a new PR, wasn't there but not disappointed. Still a little discomfort in the shoulder but none the worse for wear apparently.

Thanks Jay! Got the 305 a few inches off the chest so not really close. But it's not big deal, as you say, I'm getting stronger so it will be mine eventually!

The paused work may have had an effect on the PR attempt, but whatever - no biggie like you said and it will come. I just hope I get it first! Haha

Those pin presses should help. Pendlay numbers also looking good.
