Thanks....it was on off day, but a good reminder of the old me...hold out too long for proper rest (deload) and it will show up where you don't want it.

Not bad. Squats were solid.
Bar felt a little slow on bench. Probably need more warm up, especially in the cold weather.
Pullups were good. 6 reps per set was fine. Felt a little left shoulder pull when using wide grip.
