I don't have videos ( ) but I do have real stats:

Pre surgery:

Bench 500x2.5 reps
Squat 600 (was actually like 645 but I don't remember the exact, I'll call it 600)
Dead Lift 705lb.

1805ttl.

My guess is I would have had a 545lb bench, and with the 645lb squat or so that would be 1895lb, but that's pre surgery, I guess it doesn't matter anymore....

The burden of strongman training. You get wicked strong, but injuries come in three times as fast. Slow and steady recovery, Longevity is key.

oddly enough, after you have been complaining about this, my shoulders have been hurting from squats lately lol.... sucks man

Lol what's longevity in the world of strongman???

All of the lifts were done while training... I didn't start getting vids or pictures until recently, but any time I go for anything heavy, I'll be sure to record and post it!

the 1RM calculator i used gave me your answers for squat and bench but on deadlift i came up with 570 not 550. double check?
