Chicken Pizza with Chicken Crust
Kelly made this for me the other night. It was pretty good. She tweaked it a bit, but the link below contains the basic recipe. When I get home tonight I'll get the details from her on what she added/did differently to the recipe.

I asked Kelly what she did with the recipe and this is what she told me.
The chicken was cooked in the crock pot all day with white wine, butter, lemon, garlic salt.
The mushrooms and onions were sauteed with white wine butter and garlic.
The sauce was fresh and easy alfredo sauce.
For the topping costco four blend Italian cheese and freshly graded parmesan was used.
Oh and one other thing. She didn't use the special pan to make the crust. She just spread it out on a cookie sheet and pressed it down really hard.
