I didn't get a chance to post yesterdays workout, so I'll combine two in this entry.

2/22/2010: Week 1 Day 3 - 70% 1RM Deadlift 2x8-10

Primary Lift: Deadlift
Warm-up: 135x10, 185x7, 225x5, 275x3
Working Set: 315x10, 315x13 (fatigued, not failure).

Assistance:
Leg Press: 450lbs 3 set of 10
-had to cut it short, only 1 assistance today.

2/23/2010: Week 2 Day 1 - 75% 1RM Squat 2x6-7

Primary Lift: Squat
Warm-Up: 95x10, 145x7, 205x5, 245x3
Working Set: 275x6, 275x9

Assistance:
Good Mornings: 135x12/x10/x12 (3 sets)
Ab Crunch Machine: 70 3 sets of 15

Notes:
My schedule got screwed up this week, I'd rather have a couple days off between deadlifts and squats. My hip flexors are in pain after that squat session. I'm not sure if it's due to the back-to-back lower body days, or something else. Soft-tissue work and stretching has been helping. We'll see if I can walk normally tomorrow. My adductors usually get major DOMS for a few days after a big squat day.
