Default The Floor Press.....

Is a great compound movement that puts emphasis on the clavicular head of the pectorals major, and more people should do them. After my last set of those today, my upper chest was lit up like a Christmas tree.

Default

Two other great ones are Neck Presses and Incline Presses, but they can be rough on the shoulders. Neck Presses especially.
