I get 8 dozen big beautiful brown eggs every 2 weeks for 10 bucks from a guy i work with who has chickens. I eat like 5-8 a day!

I eat them daily. They are so good and easy to cook and pretty cheap for the most part.

Ill eat 5 in the morning and then 5 in the afternoon somedays, I dont see why it would be a problem there are way worse foods you could be eating instead.
