BTB, i wonder your thought on this....

imo those machines like ripps, where it can move backward or forward, maybe could be allowed, but on a fixed smith, i dont think that'd be fair

I'm not picky. To me this isn't about beating anyone. It's about beating yourself. We're all men (and women) here, so we can respect the hard work and the lifter, no matter what the approach.

It's not like someone can smith squat 500 and only ATG squat 200.

Only asked because of a lower back issue I have.

I can't squat heavy on the free racks. There is no way in hell I'm going back to those days. Were it was crazy painful just trying to stand up.
