Powerlifting - Preparing For Midwest Classic 2013
Approximately 13 weeks and few days until the March 23rd Midwest "Show Me" Classic - Multi/single ply/raw meet. I will be competing in the Raw Classic division (knee wraps allowed).
Goals are to Squat ~800lbs, Bench 500lbs, Deadlift ~700lbs.
My last meet (which was my first) I totaled 1796lbs (Squat-700lbs, Bench-468lbs, Dead-628lbs). more than enough time to reach these goals ( I left some lbs on the platform as the squat and dead went much smoother than expected after i reach my minimum # of posts ill put videos up )
we are currently finishing up our last Block Periodization cycle and getting ready for our 12week training cycle.
