Thanks Jim. Not really a new routine, I just changed it on-the-fly because my delt was not liking it.

Now, Monday I will be going back to my recomposition routine and nutrition guidelines, lol.

Single Leg Calf Raise 3 x 10; X/1/3 Tempo

BW+130 (a total of 295 lbs per leg) x 10, 10, 7 ... +5 lbs


RDL 3 x 8

225 x 8 x 3


Swapped out back squats for front squats in order to give my deltoid some relief.


Starting Monday, I am going to start a recomposition phase, going back to 3 days per week with higher intensity and lower volume. I decided to end my non-existent bulk a few weeks early, since I really didn't gain any weight at all. I will be going back to eating +20% of maintenance on training days, and -20% on rest days, coupled with carb cycling.


Time to eat some grub :scoff:

How did the wrists hold up for 12 reps? Don't see that many reps on fronts often.

Thanks Jim. Wrists are out of the equation, I am using the strap technique. I wasn't sure what weight to use, and ended up going high with reps.
