Thanks Steve. I was aiming for 5 x 2 @ 225, but it was not happening with this delt issue. I will probably forego back squats tomorrow because they really agitate it, I will just putz around with some front squats instead.

I would guess that those weighted dips agitate that delt too! At the very least it agitates me that it doesn't agitate you
