I think this is a brilliant goal for anyone that squats, great form. We see the image used a lot to depict good squat form, though there are some points that people should take in to account: limb length of adults is seldom the same as it is in children, our limbs grow as we get older...child to adult, our heads, to my knowledge, not so much (well, some people's heads grow quite a bit ) but you know what I mean, some end up with longer lower leg, others with longer upper leg and so forth...children/babies, on the other hand, tend to have almost the same length of limb for upper and lower leg.

The only way to be able to achieve the ideal is to practise frequently and for most of the population of cultures that use chairs a lot in their daily activities, even practice may not get them to a good squat posture due to the amount of time spent seated, driving, waiting around, relaxing etc...most probably spend more time sat on their behinds than in a squat posture, so the realty of it gets further away from them even if it's their goal.
