Nope i have zero core strength until this thing heals up. Got to 225 for 10 and it was getting sketchy. Another week I guess start some rehab core work and posterior chain.

Moved the whole athletes gym into a new room. Talk about a total back and trap swell. Not to mention I messed my ankle and knee up hitting it on heavy steel objects all day.
