Strong work. You will notice that your wrists are inside your elbows. This is the cause of the benching issue. What you are basically doing is using a close grip bench press width that is too narrow.

You generally want your wrists above your elbows on close grip benching. Keeping a narrow grip like this can easily result in some unbalancing.

Don't be afraid to move your hands out a bit for a close grip. That extra stability will help, and put less strain on your wrists.

Thank you, my wrists were a little painful after this. I had to cut my barbell curls short.
