Default Pissing Excellence, Crapping a Bad Ass

Each day we deal with and confront different sorts of issues and problems.

Okay, brother and Sisters, what did you do today that:

Pissed Excellence and Crapped a Bad Ass?

Post it up!

(This would include inspiring others, helping others, problems encountered when training and overcome, etc, etc)

I challenged myself to only write articles that solved/addressed specific problems. Does that count?

Dynamic Effort Squat DL - YouTube

Not a bad session. Bad night's sleep again last night and back is strained from Mini being in the bed all night. Took ages to loosen up but was ok once I got going. Disappointed about the knee wraps debacle but I just need more practice. Should probably wrap myself as well so that I can control how much I can feel my feet.

All of the speed work was snappy and although it wasn't light, it wasn't too heavy either. Got a few days off now and hopefully some sleep and extra sessions before max effort bench on Thursday. Got a week out of the shirt and doing floor press against chains. Got a session with Faz lined up soon as well so need to make sure I am not completely run down by then

Al

Stood First in my wt. class : 95-105 wt. category. So you can understand the level of competition

Squat : 180kg / 396 lbs.
Bench : 140Kg / 308 lbs.
Deadlift : 192.5kg / 423.5 lbs.

Total : 512.5kg / 1127 lbs.

Didn't take chance on Bench as during 2nd lift feel some pain in shoulder. I planned it like 125 / 137.5 and 150 but had to let it go.

Target was around 510 kg. Could have done better in Squat and DL. I lifted those wts. w/o any problem. At least should have gone 190 Squat and 205 DL. But this is how we learn from out mistake ...
Pissing much Excellence at this meet
and could not be beat, and the steam was nice and neat!

Crapping heavy and boat loads of "shit this weight is lite" Rock-on Turds, the smell is nothing short of a bad ass........

ya got all this?
