I use the whole egg. I have never really seen the point in taking the time to separate them and only use part of the egg. If it was intended to eat only the white then the egg would just be made of egg whites.

Ok, I admit. Sometimes I don't use the whole egg. like in meringue pies.

Just between us guys though, I add those spare yolks to my scrambled eggs the next morning.
